Salad Ingredients
- 8oz fresh Brussels Sprouts, shredded
- 1 Apple, diced
- 1/2 Red Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup fresh Parsley, chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- 3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1Tbsp Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
- In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Toss to combine with dressing.
