Salad Ingredients

  • 8oz fresh Brussels Sprouts, shredded
  • 1 Apple, diced
  • 1/2 Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parsley, chopped

Dressing Ingredients

  • 3/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1Tbsp Dijon Mustard

Instructions

  1. Whisk all dressing ingredients together.
  2. In a large bowl, combine all salad ingredients. Toss to combine with dressing.
  3. *Serving Options: Top each serving with 2Tbsp chopped Pecans, Blue Cheese Crumbles, or 1Tbsp Horseradish
