- 1 Pear, Cored + Chopped
- 1 Lb. Brussels Sprouts, Halved
- 2 Tbsp Gabby’s Walnut or Gabby’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/4 Cup Gabby’s Cranberry Pear Basalmic Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Combine pear, brussels sprouts, olive oil + basalmic vinegar in a mixing bowl
- Place mixture on a rimmed baking sheet
- Bake for 25-30 minutes
