Ingredients

  • 2 TBSP Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 LB Cremini Mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Fresh Thyme Leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Ground Pepper
  • 2 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 TBSP Parmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms in an even layer.
  3. Cook, undisturbed until browned on the bottom, 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir; cook, stirring occasionally, until tender and browned, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat; add vinegar.
  7. Stir until the mushrooms are well-coated and the vinegar is mostly evaporated, about 1 minute.
  8. Top with parmesan and serve.
