I want to share something that genuinely made my heart full this week. | She didn’t go on a crazy diet. She didn’t overhaul her entire life. She eats a healthy, whole foods diet, the same way she always has. But she did make one meaningful shift — after taking Emily’s class and learning that she needed to ingest at least 20 grams of protein within 2 hours of a strength workout, she really started to focus on her protein intake. That one change made a noticeable difference.
