
Ingredients
- 3 lbs ground meat (lean ground beef, bison, or ground turkey)
- 2 boxes Banza pasta (chickpea pasta)
- 1 large jar Rao’s pasta sauce
- 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Brown the ground meat in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, but slightly undercook it, especially if using chickpea pasta, which can get mushy if overcooked.
- Combine everything in a large bowl or directly in your baking dish: cooked ground meat, cooked pasta, pasta sauce, cottage cheese & fresh spinach
- Stir until well combined.
- Top with freshly grated Parmesan.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes, until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.
- Serve and enjoy.
