We all need that friend. The one who loves us enough to tell the truth. The one who can say, “You haven’t quite been yourself.”
A couple months ago, Tara said exactly that to me. She couldn’t explain it. But she felt it. And she was right. I wasn’t in crisis. I was still teaching, doing the things, running the studio. But something was missing.
For the past few years, I’ve had a simple morning mindset routine. Most mornings I come downstairs, drink a big glass of water, make my pour-over coffee (which forces me to slow down), read a devotional lately it’s been Journey to the Heart and my friend Vikki Fraker’s book Signposts and then I journal. Gratitude. Prayers.
Nothing fancy. Just intentional. Somewhere along the way… I drifted from it.
During our 28-Day Reset, one of the habits was Morning Mindset. As I recommitted to it, I realized how much I had missed it. I didn’t even know how off I felt until I felt aligned again.
In just a few weeks of consistency, I’ve noticed:
- More grounded energy
- More clarity
- More patience
- More of myself
And here’s the part that really got me other people noticed too. That’s the power of small habits. And that’s the power of accountability. It’s rarely about doing something extreme. It’s about catching the drift early. Realigning with what you already know works.
If you’ve been feeling a little “off” not broken, not dramatic, just not fully you… maybe you don’t need a massive overhaul. Maybe you need one small habit. One reset. One person helping you see what you can’t see on your own.
That’s why we believe so deeply in coaching and accountability here. It’s not just about food. It’s about patterns, energy, and alignment.
Sometimes the reset isn’t about doing more. It’s about coming back to what grounds you. And if you need help finding that — we’re here.
