This has been my go-to this summer, lots of protein, delicious and refreshing!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 scoop Ascent Protein Powder (I use Vanilla)
  • 1/3 cup Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup frozen organic cherries*
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice

*you can sub out the cherries for strawberries or blueberries.

Directions:
Add smoothies ingredients to your blender in the order listed above, and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!

This shake has 34 grams of protein, 27 carbs and only 3 grams of fat.
