Ingredients:

  • 1 cup 0% nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon pure ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 cup mix berries, cherries or fav fruit

Directions:

Add yogurt to a bowl, top with cinnamon, chia, hemp and berries. Then eat and enjoy!
