This has been my go-to this summer, lots of protein, delicious and refreshing!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 scoop Ascent Protein Powder (I use 1/2 scoop unflavored and 1/2 scoop Vanilla Bean)
  • 1 scoop unflavored vital proteins powder
  • 1/3 cup Good Culture 4% Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup frozen organic cherries*
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ice

*you can sub out the cherries for strawberries or blueberries.

Directions:
Add smoothies ingredients to your blender in the order listed above, and blend until you reach your desired consistency. Enjoy!

This shake has 35 grams of protein, 27 carbs and only 3 grams of fat.
