  • 1 Scoop Ascent Chocolate Protein Powder
  • ½ Cup water (you can use milk of choice, but I use water)
  • ½ Cup Greek yogurt, plain, 0%fat
  • ⅓ Cup Oats
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 Tbsp Dark Chocolate Chips, chopped


In a 12 oz mason jar, add protein powder and water. Mix to combine, I use my milk frother. Then add greek yogurt, whisk to combine. Add oats, chia, salt and top with chocolate chips. Place the lid on the jar and shake to combine. Refrigerate overnight.
I make several of these at once. It makes a great breakfast or snack!
