Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2-3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2-3 cloves garlic, chopped
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
Generously season the pork tenderloins with salt, pepper or Lanes Brisket seasoning.
In a separate mixing bowl add the stock, vinegar, Dijon and garlic. Whisk together until combined, then pour over the pork. Cover and cook on low for about 5-6 hours.
