Class Descriptions

Yoga

Improve flexibility, balance, strength, and mobility. This is a class for everyBODY and all fitness levels. Expect a variety of postures and warming flows to enhance mind-body connection and wellness. Class concludes with a relaxing, mindful meditation.

Meditation

Alleviate stress in mind and body. Sharpen awareness, focus, memory, and intention through meditation techniques, gentle movement, and visualization. This practice is conducive to developing mindful leadership skills and mindsets that support good decision making, creativity, and resiliency. All abilities.

Roll & Release

Roll classes improve mobility, prevent injuries and ease pain while increasing flexibility and speeding muscle recovery. These classes utilize Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls to provide simple and effective self-myofascial release (self-massage) techniques. Consider this class self-care 101. A great class for desk dwellers, tight and tired people or anyone who just wants to move and feel better. All abilities. No yoga  experience necessary. Equipment: Yoga Tune Up® Therapy Balls (available for purchase through MOVE+breathe)

Mix and match! Choose what works best for your team and goals. Classes may be as short at 15 minutes or as long as 1 hour.
