Off the mat, Cheryl helps software companies launch and grow products. Before discovering yoga, her days were fueled by adrenaline and sprints through airports in heels hauling a laptop over one shoulder. She sought yoga to help her reclaim balance. In over 20 years of practice, she has done a deep dive into yoga’s proactive approach to wellness in work and life. Cheryl is passionate about bringing the power of movement and mindfulness to corporations and guiding students as they manifest their own wellness journey.
Cheryl is a yoga instructor with a passion for creating organic kitchen gardens and healthy recipes. Over the years, she discovered how to use food to avoid a lifetime of prescription meds, support her immune system, and reduce stress. As a nutrition coach, Cheryl helps others feel better by understanding their goals and working with them to create an individualized and achievable path to success.
