Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 scoop Ascent chocolate protein
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 10-12 cashews
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • ⅓ cup frozen cherries
  • 1 cup ice
  • pinch of salt

*you can sub out the cherries for strawberries or blueberries.

Directions:

  1. Put everything in blender in the order listed.
  2. Blend until smooth.

*Make it a mocha and use black coffee in replace of water
