Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Fresh Cranberries
  • 1 Pomegranate (just the seeds)
  • 2 Navel Oranges (1 peeled and roughly chopped, 1 juiced)
  • 1 Apple, diced (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • 1 Handful finely chopped Pecans
  • Ground Cinnamon, to taste

Directions

  1. Pulse cranberries in food processor until finely chopped, add to large bowl.
  2. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours and enjoy!
  4. Lasts about 5 days in the fridge.

Pro Tip

  • Serve with turkey or as a topping on some nonfat Greek yogurt!
