Ingredients

  • 1 Pear, Cored + Chopped
  • 1 Lb. Brussels Sprouts, Halved
  • 2 Tbsp Gabby’s Walnut or Gabby’s Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Cup Gabby’s Cranberry Pear Basalmic Vinegar
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Combine pear, brussels sprouts, olive oil + basalmic vinegar in a mixing bowl
  3. Place mixture on a rimmed baking sheet
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes
