Ingredients
- 1 can pumpkin
- 1 cup raw almond butter
- 2 Tbsp real maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- chocolate chips
Directions
- Mix all together and put in to mini muffin tin.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
- Makes 30 mini muffins. 3 mini muffins per serving. Great for meal prep!
