Ingredients

  • 1 can pumpkin
  • 1 cup raw almond butter
  • 2 Tbsp real maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Mix all together and put in to mini muffin tin.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
  3. Makes 30 mini muffins. 3 mini muffins per serving. Great for meal prep!
