Christie joins our yoga teacher community as a graduate of Breathe’s first yoga teacher training program in 2017. She has a foundation of an Iyengar yoga practice and has been part of the Breathe community since 2016.
Her training as a registered dietitian and long-time yoga practitioner has inspired her wide-ranging interest in health and wellness with a goal of a lifelong sustained active lifestyle. She has a particular interest in helping students to move and breathe well on the mat while carrying their practice with them off the mat and utilizing these skills in their daily lives.
She has studied with Jill Miller, Judith Hanson Lasater and Katy Bowman and enjoys being a consummate learner.
Christie is also one of our nutrition coaches, working one on one with clients, helping them integrate their nutrition goals into an overall healthy lifestyle.
