Stephanie first fell in love with a home yoga practice in 2006. As a decorative artist she found yoga as a path to recover from her own work related injuries, that and practicing energy work through Reiki has taught her much about the body’s miraculous ability to heal. She has seen and experienced that through a well-rounded yoga practice that expressions such as; “movement is medicine” and “energy follows intention” aren’t just clever sayings but a reality she is excited to share. Her goal for creating classes that foster strength, reduce stress, and help enhance the body’s natural ability to move energy more efficiently is relative to her aim as an instructor and energy healer. By fusing the mind/body/spirit connection using flow sequences (suited to everyone), pranayama, and meditation, she strives to leave each student feeling restored, encouraged, and supported.
Stephanie received her 200 YTT through the capable hands of Lauren Reese along with many of your other favorite teachers from Breathe and is honored to share the healing practice of yoga with you.
