Tara Bates, Head Nutrition Coach
Tara came to us through friendship and community, both of which led to Lauren asking her to be the studio manager at BYA years ago. When we decided to launch our nutrition program, we knew her passion for health and wellness…and delicious whole food would be a great fit and she slid into that role. Tara finds her joy in her daily workouts, yoga practice and its community, prepping delicious food at home, living life OUTSIDE, and exploring new places.
