Marissa is a former collegiate track athlete with a passion for movement, health and wellness, and people. Athletics has been a cornerstone of her life, teaching her discipline, perseverance, and the importance of listening to her body.
When she’s not in the gym you might find her exploring outdoors, arranging flowers, connecting with my fiancé, playing with friends, or trying new activities that get her heart pumping and soul smiling.
Connection is at the heart of everything she does and she thrives on building genuine relationships and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported.
With a background in personal training, holistic nutrition, coaching, and expanding her knowledge as a mental health counseling student – She believes in helping people feel good mentally, physically, and spiritually.
She’s on a mission to help others build a foundation for lasting change and help manifest the best version of themselves—one that’s deeply connected to mindfulness, building strength through movement, and creating supporting habits that make one feel best.
