Jackie is a certified yoga, and kids yoga teacher, as well as a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist, and nutrition coach. Jackie truly believes in yoga’s ability to change our nervous and muscular systems, creating a stronger and more harmonious internal environment within us. Her yoga classes include a combination of breathwork, vinyasa flow, biomechanic and muscular engagement education, and modifications to add or remove challenge as needed. Jackie encourages each student to listen to, and honor, their authentic selves. In addition to teaching group classes, Jackie also works 1:1 with private yoga, personal training, and corrective exercise clients. Jackie is a life-long learner and loves gaining insight and wisdom from each person, situation, and experience.
