Shannon began practicing yoga in 2015 after having twins. Yoga helped her heal her body from the pregnancy and center her mind from the chaos! She joined the Breathe Community as a student in February 2017. After regular practice, she participated in the 200 Hr YTT program at Breathe Yoga under the guidance of Lauren Reese, Peggy Smith, Tami Roberts, and Cybele Steen. She received her 200hr RYT in May 2019.
Shannon loves hiking, yoga, boating and all things outdoors. She is a mom of four and works as an operations manager at an Amazon marketing firm.
