Chocolate Coffee Protein Oats

Sometimes in the morning, I don’t want complicated. I just want something yummy, satisfying, and nourishing that I can throw together quickly.

This recipe actually started on accident. I had some leftover coffee I didn’t finish and needed to make breakfast for the next day. I thought, what if I added chocolate and coffee to my overnight oats?

Turns out… it was SO good.

Now I keep cold brew on hand so I can make a few jars at a time, and I’ve been eating these at the studio lately which is why so many of you keep asking, “Okay… what is that??”

So I made a quick video to share it with you 💛
